I work with adult individuals who are navigating the very real challenges of being human in today’s world—whether that means dealing with anxiety, relationship struggles, codependency, low self-worth, emotional loneliness or a harsh inner critic that just won’t quiet down.
My approach is grounded in mindfulness, presence, and a deep respect for your lived experience. I offer a holistic, humanistic style of therapy that blends elements of Existential, Cognitive, Gestalt, Feminist, and strengths-based modalities into a personalized path for healing and growth. I like to incorporate books, podcasts, music, poetry and other resources that feed the soul into our work together.
I believe in the innate wisdom and goodness within every person, and I am committed to creating a safe, affirming space for people of all races, ethnicities, gender identities, and sexual orientations.
In addition to therapy, I offer mindfulness and relational coaching for those longing to nourish their connection with themselves and others by cultivating a practice rooted in presence, care, and their own innate wisdom.
